Flood Defence: HippoFlood™ Barriers
Potamii’s HippoFlood™ range of waterdams for flood defence currently has three sizes: the HippoFlood™ 25, HippoFlood™ 60 and HippoFlood™ 80 ranges, designed for floodwater depths of 25 cm (“Wellington boot”), 60 cm (“waist-high”) and 80 cm (chest-high”) respectively.
HippoFlood™ dams typically come in standard 25-metre lengths, and they can be collared and joined together to make any length of flood protection barrier. Smaller sections of 5, 10, 15 and 20 metres are also available to order.
The HippoFlood™ is a visibly effective, low-cost, compact and mobile flood barrier with excellent profiling to uneven ground. UK-manufactured and affordable, HippoFlood™ provides flood protection for Community Groups, Businesses, Regional Governments across Europe, Farmers, Disaster Relief Agencies, etc.
